#ComandanteTwin is an indie-rock band from Madrid formed by Edu Santos (vocals), brothers Humber (guitar) and Nico Cavada (keyboards), Moli (bass), and Raúl (drums). Their first LP, “1984”, produced by ALIS, and their most well-known track, “Hay una luz”, placed them on the lineups of several major national festivals, selling out shows and positioning them as one of the leading emerging bands. Edu’s emotional voice, powerful guitars, and carefully crafted melodies, together with heartfelt lyrics, define Commander Twin’s unique identity.
Their second LP, “Hoy”, was presented at Joy Eslava (Madrid) with a sold-out show. During the pandemic, they released a tribute single to the Sonorama Festival, “En Tu Ribera”, featuring Varry Brava and El Langui. In 2021 they released “Alerta nuclear”, “Sangrar a borbotones”, “Huracán”, and “La isla del deseo” ft. Arde Bogotá, as previews of their new album “Sangrar a borbotones”, which reached the top 30 on the sales charts.
They performed at La Riviera (Madrid), consolidating their growth, and toured across Spain, appearing at festivals such as Cruïlla, Sonorama, and Gigante. They were selected for GPS 11 (Girando por Salas). At the end of 2022, they released “Ser Valiente”, followed by “Tu Primera Fila” with Taburete, and in the summer of 2023 “Hasta que vuelvas” with La Habitación Roja. In 2024, they released “Aquí no sobra nadie” and collaborated on “Sin Ti” with Paula Mattheus. In 2025, Comandante Twin has focused on recording their next full LP.
